We loved the prime location of this hotel, just a few steps away from major attractions and shops in the city center. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and polite, taking care of our requests promptly. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and recently refurbished rooms. The breakfast was excellent and included in the price. The small bar in the hotel was a cozy and friendly place to enjoy evening drinks.

The location is unbeatable, adjacent to the iconic Minster, and the views over the charming York rooftops were lovely. The hotel facilities were well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like bath robes and an umbrella. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
