The staff at the bar went above and beyond by providing delicious sandwiches and sharing local history. The hotel had a warm and cozy atmosphere with comfortable bedrooms. The accessible bathroom was one of the best my wheelchair-using spouse had experienced. The design and quirky decor throughout the hotel were enjoyable. The food, including breakfast, lunches, and dinners, was exceptional. The location was excellent, just two minutes from the hotel after coming off the bridge.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel facilities were great, with a gym available and a delicious breakfast with gluten-free options. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the helpfulness of the courtesy car driver and the relaxed vibes at breakfast. The location was easy to get to and very close to the town center, with bars and restaurants nearby. We also liked that there were alternative eating options like Tesco, Frankie & Bennys, and Burger King right next to the hotel. Nothing to dislike.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the moment we made our initial phone call. They even arranged transportation for us to and from the airport, with both drivers being excellent. The mini bus driver went above and beyond, helping us with our luggage and even getting us a trolley. We were so grateful for their assistance. The bed in our room was very comfortable and we even asked about the make of the mattress. The hotel provided ample supplies of quality toiletries and hot drinks, which was great for our early start.
