The friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. The comfortable bed and pillows provided a good night's sleep. The hotel's location near the theater and just a few minutes' walk from town and the Great Orme was convenient. Additionally, the relaxed atmosphere in the bar with a lovely view was a nice touch.

I loved the comfortable and clean beds, and the friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel had a great seafront location just outside the pay and display area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were excellent and very friendly, especially the reception and breakfast staff. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and well-furnished bar area. The location, although a bit of a walk from the main amenities, was perfect for me as it was right opposite the beach and promenade. The sea view from my room was stunning, and I was pleasantly surprised to have a sea view from a single room. The parking was convenient, with free spaces available on the promenade and side roads.
Can't fault the property in any way.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with up-to-date decor and spotlessly clean rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a cozy lounge and bar/restaurant near reception. The location was ideal, right on the sea front with breathtaking views. Plus, the staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist us. We especially appreciated the free parking on the main road outside the hotel.
