I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful upon my arrival, allowing me to check in early and storing my luggage. The room was spacious and had great amenities like a fridge, iron, and ironing board. The bed was comfortable, and the view from my room on the 5th floor was excellent, overlooking the river. The bathroom had a powerful shower and was very clean. I also enjoyed the full English breakfast, with plenty of choices available. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of all the sights in this city, including the Sage and the Baltic, as well as food and drink venues.

Close to Utilita Arena and amazing view of the Tyne River from the spacious 5th-floor room. Convenient on-site car parking at a reasonable £10 daily charge. Great selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance, including popular attractions like the Baltic and the Sage. Friendliest staff I've encountered, very helpful and friendly.
Couldn't find any faults at all. Sorry!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, right on the river and close to the train station. It was so easy to get to the center of town or take a leisurely stroll along the quayside. The hotel facilities were great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite, providing prompt and efficient service. Breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty of choice. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site parking. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right on the riverfront and close to bars and restaurants. It was also conveniently located near the railway and metro lines, making transportation easy. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough to assist me. The hotel facilities were great, with on-site parking available at reasonable rates. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a fridge that came in handy for keeping cool items.
