The staff at this hotel were fantastic - from check-in to check out to the drinks at the bar in the basement, absolutely everyone was friendly, professional, and had a smile on their face. The hotel's location is also great - tucked away on a quiet side street, but still close to Clifton Village, Clifton Down, and the city center of this city.

The staff were amazing, from the receptionists to the bar staff. They were helpful and friendly, providing early check-in and late checkout. The hotel was centrally located, in the leafy Clifton area, and close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy, with coffee/tea facilities, fruit, and a hairdryer. The bathroom had a lovely hot shower and plenty of wardrobe space. The car park was conveniently situated just a minute away from the hotel and provided secure parking.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated between Clifton and the heart of the city. It was close to many attractions and offered easy access to city centre entertainment. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness of both the rooms and the bathrooms was impeccable. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, with both meat and vegetarian options available. we were very impressed with our experience at this hotel.

The breakfast was very good with a great selection. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to Clifton Lido. There was no noise disturbance despite events happening during my stay.

The hotel facilities were great, with a fan provided in the room and a range of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits available. The location was perfect for my activities, being in a lovely residential area close to restaurants and convenient for visiting my son in Clifton. The hotel's breakfast was individually prepared and delicious, catering to every taste. The staff was very helpful and quickly resolved an issue with the shower. The hall and bar area were pleasant and welcoming, with a nice lick of paint and a welcoming reception area.
