We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with wonderfully clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, particularly the amazing spa facilities that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was also a major highlight, as it was just a few minutes walk from the train station and ideal for exploring the charming village and beautiful New Forest. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were brilliant, especially the pool and spa area. The breakfast was delicious and there were a good range of restaurants to choose from. The location was great, within walking distance of all the amenities and surrounded by beautiful forests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb for our mini break, with easy access to cycling routes in the New Forest and beach walks. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities, such as the spa and the restaurants, were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the 5-course taster menu at the Zen restaurant on our first night. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing faultless service at breakfast and in the restaurants. We also appreciated the ample parking and the proximity to Brockenhurst Golf Club.
