The location is perfect, right on the beachfront, and the beach itself is beautiful. The general area is clean and lovely, with much nicer surroundings compared to other English seaside towns. The hotel is well-maintained and the rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is great with plenty of choices. The staff is always on hand and friendly.
Nothing at all.
We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the Promenade, allowing us to take leisurely walks along the beach. It was also conveniently close to the Town Centre, with all its amenities, and only a short distance from the train station. The cleanliness of the house and rooms was impeccable, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Additionally, the staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which was of high quality and well presented.

The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive to detail. this hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay in a convenient location.
