We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also loved the location, overlooking the lake and not far from everything in the city. The breakfast provided a wide range of choices and was as good as what we've had on 5-star cruises. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect, adjacent to the Southport theatre and within walking distance to Lord Street.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The hotel itself was immaculate and clean, and my room had a fantastic view of the lake. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including continental, cereal, and a full English. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, shops, walks, and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, away from the noise of the city center but still close enough to easily get anywhere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean, and the view from our bedroom was stunning. We also enjoyed the great parking facilities and the convenience of having a lift. The breakfast provided was delicious and it was a bonus to have a lounge area in the bar that was warm and cozy. Andrew, the restaurant manager, provided us with first-class service and was particularly attentive and observant. this hotel provided great value for our money, and we would highly recommend it to others.
