We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the lake and surrounding hills. The size of the bedroom was great, and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. The hotel facilities, especially the spa, were excellent. The staff were very helpful and attentive, with the lady at the front desk being particularly brilliant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was very good. The view of the lake from the lounge terrace and when using the hot tubs was brilliant. The pool, spa terrace, and hot tubs were lovely and relaxing, especially after a day of exploring.
Hard to think of anything negative.
The only downside was that the staff at breakfast were too eager to clear away, which made us feel rushed.

Breakfast was good, and the village of Windermere had many restaurants and cute shops.
The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the lake and enjoying beautiful sunsets.
The spa facilities were well-run and included a good-sized pool, sun deck, steam room, and sauna.
The hotel reception, bar, and dining room were clean and beautiful.
Couldn't stay longer.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel by the lake. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, from reception to the bar, spa, and restaurant. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa which was lovely. The evening meal and breakfast were superb, with a varied and delicious buffet breakfast and the option for freshly-prepared alternatives. The location by the lake and near the lakes was perfect for enjoying the beautiful views. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, and I was impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hot tub and the views were absolutely fantastic. From our room, we had a breathtaking view of the lake, which made waking up in the morning truly special. The hotel's location in this beautiful area overlooking the lake was perfect for us. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including toast, cereal, pastries, and pancakes. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Isabella on reception. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-maintained facilities, including the spa, pool, steam room, and sauna. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
