We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with breathtaking views. The hotel provided a range of facilities, including a beautiful and cozy lounge with a real fire, perfect for unwinding. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that the hotel was clean and classy. We were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful gestures, such as a gin and tonic welcome gift and daily treats of shortbread. The calm and relaxing atmosphere made our stay enjoyable, and we look forward to returning.
Everything was spot on.

We were blown away by the cleanliness and old world charm of the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the gorgeous bathroom with its amazing view. The hotel's location was also a major highlight, offering breathtaking views of both England and Scotland, as well as convenient access to The Isle of Lewis. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were kind, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces.
Almost perfect.
We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Simon who was on late shift both nights we stayed. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a leisure center just a few minutes away and common rooms with a library and a cozy fireplace. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast provided was the best we've ever had during a hotel stay. The location was also great, with easy access to walks, attractions like Ben Nevis and Loch Ness, and the stunning view from our room was a bonus.
Nothing to dislike.
The location right on the loch at the head of Glen Coe with the promise of a cosy setting was amazing. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the beautiful view from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
