The hotel's location in the City Centre is incredibly convenient, as it is very near to all local attractions and close to all the sights. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities, particularly the pool and steam room, were fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were attended to, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The location was perfect, within walking distance from key attractions like the Royal Mile and Waverley station. We loved that the hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with spotless rooms and a tidy spa area. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the beautiful spa with its high ceilings and big windows. The location was excellent, away from the tourist crowd but still within easy reach of the city's attractions. We also appreciated the breakfast, with a wide selection of delicious options, and the staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location on Princes Street was perfect for exploring the city and it was just a few minutes walk from Waverley station and the main shopping center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, with an espresso maker and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The hotel facilities were great, including a pool and saunas that we had the use of. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff were all exceptional.
