I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city centre. It was so convenient to have all the bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel was just a short stroll from the city centre station, making it easily accessible for transportation. I also loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with good lighting in the toilet and sink area. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and there were plenty of drawers for storage. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, providing great service throughout my stay.

The hotel is located right in the centre of this city, making it very convenient for exploring all the attractions. We loved being near the Albert's bay and enjoyed the stunning views. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, everything was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast served in the grand dining area was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even giving me and my wife an anniversary card and a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival, which I had requested. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was even a room ready for us when we arrived at 9am, allowing us to start exploring the city right away. The location of the hotel was perfect, only a short walk from Liverpool One, the Cavern Club, and the excellent café Moose. We didn't need to use public transportation at all during our stay, as everything was within easy walking distance. The hotel had a huge bar and restaurant area, with a great selection of cocktails and beers. Additionally, the hotel offered discounted parking at the nearby NCP Moorfields for only £12 per 24 hours.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and ice bucket. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of fresh and tasty food available even when we went down later in the morning. staying at this hotel was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Can't fault the property in any way.
